1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the baij platform and all its users ("Members"). By accessing baijvip.cam, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

baij is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services. All services are for adults and are accessible only to users from Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative.

2. Account Registration and Use

Opening a personal account is required to use services on baij. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. baij reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account opened with false or misleading information at any time.

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party is entirely your responsibility.
• All activity carried out from your account is your responsibility; any unauthorised use must be reported to baij support immediately.
• Opening an account on behalf of a corporate entity, organisation, or another person is not permitted.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All services on baij are strictly for individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. baij may request proof of age at any time.

A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for identity verification. Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on baij are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

baij offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.
• baij Weekly Reload Festival: 20% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, with 18x wagering.
• baij Slot Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳2,500, with 20x wagering.
• baij Cricket Offer: 25% of deposit, up to ৳2,000, with 15x wagering.

baij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. A bonus once claimed cannot be returned.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on baij are governed by the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• baij reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of incorrectly displayed odds or results caused by a technical issue or a third-party feed error.
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected on an account — such as arbitrage or automated software-assisted betting — the account will be placed under review.
• If an internet connection is lost during a live casino game, the result of that round will be determined according to the provider's rules.

There is no guarantee of winning in betting and gaming. Set your own financial limits before you start playing.

7. Responsible Gaming

baij believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid placing repeated bets out of emotion in an attempt to recover money already lost.
• Do not bet while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

baij may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Using another person's identity or submitting false documents.
• Fraudulently claiming any bonus or promotional benefit.
• Attempting a cyberattack against the platform or unauthorised access to the system.
• Operating an account in the name of a minor.

A member may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance at the time of closure (excluding any bonus portion where wagering has not been completed) will be returned.

9. Intellectual Property

All content used on the baij website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of baij or its content providers.

Copying, republishing, distributing, or commercially using any content — other than browsing the site for personal and non-commercial purposes — is prohibited. Using baij's trademarks or brand name without permission may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

baij provides its services "as is". baij accepts no liability for the following:

• Errors in transactions or bets caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Problems with third-party game software or payment systems.
• Unexpected technical failures or unavailability during site maintenance.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or failure to secure their password.

Under no circumstances will baij be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the member's account balance at the time of the incident.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Changes to Terms

baij may amend or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before changes take effect, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the site after any changes will be taken to mean you have accepted the new terms. If you object to a change, you may request account closure.
